Social media seminars with a culinary twist

All She Wrote created and hosted Eat.Drink.Tweet. conferences in Penticton, BC in 2011 and 2012, bringing social media leaders together to teach networking tools from Facebook to Twitter to Google+. The concept? Provide education about social media marketing while at the same time socializing in real life. And how do we socialize? Over food and wine, of course.

Participants spend time in seminars and strategy sessions, then we wrap up with an in-real-life (IRL) Tweet-up featuring BC wine and gourmet food. The challenge to participants? Use that Tweet-up to practice posting content to their social networks about one of the most comfortable topics out there: food!

To keep things intimate, and to allow for participants to network with each other “IRL”, Eat.Drink.Tweet. events are limited to 150 participants, and are either one or two day conferences. But, from time to time we also happily host Eat.Drink.Tweet “Tweet-ups” at culinary destinations such as wineries, restaurants, hotels and other locations, bringing our online network to your place of business.
