Wine. Food. Celebrities. Women wearing shoes worth one…maybe two… of my mortgage payments. What more could a girl want out of one weekend? After weeks of telling folks that the patio wasn’t open yet, it finally is. See Ya Later, where I’m ensconced in a bit of an experiment (more in a moment), has opened its patio for lunch. It’s a gorgeous view over the vineyard, looking all the way to Skaha Lake, Penticton, and just the tip of Okanagan Lake. Apparently, people drive from Vancouver just to have lunch with us. If you visit See Ya Later Ranch, a winery located a jaunty 5KM drive up Green Lake Road just outside of Okanagan Falls, BC, be sure to ask for the “Twit of Penticton.” That’s me.
